Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

For whatever reason there is a significant delay with your order we will contact you at the email address provided. 

Shipping rates + Delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipment confirmation + Order tracking: 

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email or text message. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email or text message with the tracking number and shipping updates. Your tracking number will be active within 24 hours upon being scanned from the shipping facility. 

Damages:

If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods prior to filing a claim if product is damaged due to shipping.
